Very professional and helpful staff, was nervous at first because of the nature of doing business over the internet. The instructions were very clear and the website easy to use. We needed to do a adjustment to our request and it was handled very fast and very helpful staff.

We had a emergency with my daughter travelling to Vietnam without a Visa, since the Vietnam embassy in Copenhagen had given us wrong information on the telephone that they did not need a Visa. They were allowed on the plane only because we bought ekstra tickets from Hanoi to PQC. while they were on the plane we bought an Emergency Visa (15 minutes processing time). We got aconfirmation email within minutes later and with some back and forth mails everything was ready and their staff where waiting at the gate when they landet, took passport pictures for the application, and helped my sons get their VOA without any issues and it all worked out in the end and there were no surpricing extra fees. So it worked for us.
