Airport Fast Track Service

Anyone can use this service to save time and peace of mind on administrative procedures at Vietnam airports. However, we strongly recommended Fast Track Service to first time visitors, businessman, elderly people, large groups, people travelling with young children or disabled people. In addition, we also offer an Airport Transfer Service if required.

How fast-track immigration service runs?

• Step 1: Select Fast-Track Immigration Service as optional when applying for Vietnam visa online with VietnamVisaGuide.com. Kindly provide all information regarding; your flight number, date of entry, arrival time and any other related informations. If your flight changes, please let us know at least 24 hours before your arrival.
• Step 2: Find our staff with your name written on welcome sign board right after landing. In case you can not find our staff, please drop us an email at vnvisaguide@gmail.com.
• Step 3: Hand over your visa approval letter, Vietnamese visa arrival/exit form, original passport, 2 photos sized 4x6cm and stamping fee (US $25 /visa for single entry, US $50 /visa for multiple entries valid for up to 3 months) to complete the entry procedures on your behalf.
• Step 4: Our staff will take you directly to immigration desk without queuing. Get your passport back with Vietnam Visa stamped within a few minutes.

Applicable for VOA (Visa on Arrival) guests: Procedures are the same as Fast Track. After that, the guest is taken to a separate line for expedited immigration stamping.
Applicable for E-visa guests: Procedures are the same as Fast Line. After that, the guest is taken to the baggage claim area and assisted with luggage collection (the guest must identify their own luggage). Then, the guest is escorted outside and handed over to the tour guide or driver.

How much for VIP Fast Track service?

• VIP Fast Track Service costs 45 USD per person excluding stamping fee. It is an optional service added on our secured application form when you apply for a Visa on arrival or E-Visa with us.

• We hold no responsibility in case of guest no show or if the given flight details are incorrect.
