From 2016, all Vietnamese citizen with foreign green card are not allow to get Vietnam visa without validity passport. You are advised to contact Vietnamese Embassy near your current location to get Vietnam visa exemption in advance before going to Vietnam.

No, you must have your Approval Letter in hand to present it to airlines and immigration officers. This is compulsory so we highly recommend you double check your list before travelling.

It depends on how many people are arriving at the same time as you and who also need a visa. The wait time hardly exceeds 30 minutes and is usually around 10 minutes. Make sure you have all required documents ready to avoid delay:

• Print-out of your Visa-Approval letter.
• A passport valid for at least 1 month from your date of exit out of Vietnam.
• Passport should have at least one blank page where the Visa sticker can be placed.
• Cash US$ to pay for the Visa Stamping Fee at Vietnam airports.
• 2 recently-taken photos with regular passport size.

A Vietnamese visa application can be applied from 1 day to 6 months in advance. Though it takes only 36 working hours to get your visa approved, it is strongly advised that you apply for a visa to Vietnam from 1 – 2 weeks before your arrival date to avoid urgent fee or unwanted problems.

In general, there are two fees you are required to pay:

1- The stamping fee (paid directly at Vietnam’s airport) +

2- Our service fee for the approval letter (paid in advance).

No, not necessarily. The arrival date you provide can be earliest date you plan to arrive and you can arrive after that date. However, please note that you must exit the country before the expiry date stated on the approval letter.

For example: If you apply for a 1-month visa and submit your arrival date as Jan 1, 2011, the visa letter will be valid from Jan 1, 2011 –  Feb 1, 2011. You can arrive anytime between Jan 1 – Feb 1(not before Jan1) but must leave the country by Feb 1, 2011.”

Note: The approval letter can not be amended once it is issued, so in case you wish to arrive earlier than the date stated on the approval letter. You are required to apply for a new letter of approval to update the date of arrival.

To apply for a visa to Vietnam, your passport must have at least 6 month’s validity. Therefore, if your passport is about to expire, please get a new one before applying for your visa in order to avoid unwanted problems at the airport.

‘Visa on Arrival’ is a pre-arrange or landing visa service. We will be on your behalf to arrange in advance an ‘Approval Letter’ which is allowed you to get your visa stamped at one of the 4 airports in Vietnam (Hanoi, Da Nang, Nha Trang & Ho Chi Minh city Airport). Approval letter will be sent to you via email. This is a legitimate, fast and cheaper way to obtain a visa to Vietnam.

It normally takes 5 to 7 working days for 01 month visa extension and up to 10 working days for 03 months extension/renewal. We also offer an express service of 3 days at your request at an additional cost.

It depends but you can extend 2 times before you have to get a new visa (visa renewal without leaving Vietnam) and going on until any change in policy from Vietnam immigration.

You can still extend your via normally but you will be fined for overstay that costs $50 for 03 days. If not then you will get blacklisted for next come back.

You just need your original passport with validity at least 6 months.

Fast Track service is easy and convenient.

Fast Track Service costs 25 USD per person excluding stamping fees. It is an optional service added on our secured application form when you apply for a VOA with us.

• The card expiration date was entered incorrectly.
• You have reached your credit limit.
• There was a internet connection issue.
• Your Visa Verified password / MasterSecure Code was entered incorrectly.
