1- Vietnam Immigration Entry/Exit Form (M3 Form)
- Filling the form & sign
- Glue your photo of 4x6cm. (prepare 1 additional photo same size)
- Stamp fee in cash (VND or USD): 25 USD for a 01 & 03 month single entry visa, 50 USD for 1-3 months multiple entry visa, 95 USD for 06 months multiple entry visa and 135 USD for 1 year multiple entry visa.
2- Vietnam Immigration Form For Visa Extension (NA5 Form)
- This form is used to applying for Vietnam Visa, Visa Extension for foreigner under the guarantee of Vietnam company or citizen of Vietnam.
- Hand over this form with police clearance to Immigration on working day.
- It takes 5-7 working days for processing.
3- Vietnam Visa On Arrival Application Form (VVG Form)
